Product Experience Learning
The Experience Learning session is designed to reflect on what kind of services and improvement opportunities the the product offers to Partners and Peers.
This session can be used to design the step by step evolutions for participants. We assume three steps for the participants: –
On-boarding: it’s the phase when the most important challenge for the participant is to do the first transaction
Getting Better: it’s the phase when the most important challenge for the participant is excel and stand out from the crowd, mainly through gaining reputation
New Opportunities: it’s the phase when the participant can finally get to do something new, more powerful and gain new skills and capabilities
After having identified the services your product needs to provide to sustain the evolution of participants, we bring them in the relative part of the canvas. If the service recipient is a peer producer, consumer or partner we just write the service name or description in the related section.
